In Loving Memory of
Jon Moore

Jon Wesley Moore left this world on January 9, 2000. Jon was only sixteen years old. Jon lived in Marshall, Texas and attended Marshall High. Jon was a different kind of guy. Everyone liked him... he didn't have an enemy. Jon was definately a joker too! He always wore one blue contact and one green. But I think that the one thing Jon will always be remembered for is that smile of his. He could warm up a room anytime just by flashing those pearly whites!

Jon, I am so sorry that I never got to know you better. Even so, I am so fortunate to have been able to know you and to share with you. Though you were only in my life a short time, you will never be forgotten. I miss you buddy, I think about you all of the time. Though you died from something you probably aren't proud of, I promise you I will not remember you for that. Instead I will always remember you as the guy who always made time to say hi, the guy who always smiled, and probably the goofiest most fun guy in our grade. I hope you know how much everyone misses you! You touched so many lives... you changed so many lives... and so many lives have been changed because of this. May you rest in peace Jon, we will never forget you! I love you.

I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it out to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. It is right for me to feel this way about you, since I have you in my heart. ... God can testify how I long for you with the affection of Christ Jesus. - Philippians 1:3-8

Dedicated to the memory of Jon Moore, by all of his friends and family. May we never forget him, or the lessons we have learned from him. Rest in peace our sweet friend.
